Return and Refund Policy
1. General Conditions of Return
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
For the return to be accepted, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unused
- With the labels
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products on sale or on sale (unless they have a defect)
- Personalized products
2. Return Procedure

Once your application is approved, you will receive:
- A shipping label
- Detailed instructions for return
Important : Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product .
3. Refund Policy
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days .
Remarks :
- The timeframe may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Initial delivery charges are not refunded (except in the event of an error on our part)

4. Exchange of products
To get another item quickly, we recommend making a standard return and then placing a new order separately .
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item , please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the affected product .
We will offer you a replacement or a full refund , whichever you prefer.
