These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all orders placed on the website www.miskara.fr .

• Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the final product.
• Products are available while stocks last.
3. Orders
• Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering (address, payment method, etc.).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud or payment incident.
4. Price and Payment
• Prices displayed on the site are in euros, all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise indicated.
• Delivery costs are added before the order is confirmed.
• Payment is made via the means offered on the site during payment.
• The products remain the property of Miskara until full payment.
5. Delivery
• Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
• In case of damaged package, you must notify the carrier and inform us within 48 hours .
6. Right of Withdrawal
• In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• To return a product, please contact us at contact@miskara.fr to obtain authorization.
• Returned products must be in their original condition.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
7. Liability
• Miskara cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
• Total liability cannot exceed the amount of the order.
8. Intellectual Property
• All content on the site (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Miskara.
• Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Data Protection
• Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
• These T&Cs are governed by French law.
• In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
• If no amicable solution is found, the competent court will be that of the consumer's place of residence or that of our head office.
11. Amendments to the T&Cs
• We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
• The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of your order.
